In the Pink

Generally a colour only used in accessories.  it is now acceptable to paint our walls in Pink.  Yes you heard it (PINK).  Not for all us you might say, but if you us it wisely, you can get some fantastic results.

Pink comes from the pastel palette, which is wide and varied.  The soft tones work beautifully together, so its easy to use two or more colours in the same room.

Avoid the garish pinks favored by little girls and choose rich, sophisticated powdery shades instead.  Fulfill your pink kick with accessories, if you prefer not to decorate an entire room.  See these lovely pictures below for inspiration.
